RHP James McDonald (6-4, 4.15) goes against the Braves' RHP Tim Hudson (9-6, 3.39). The game will be nationally televised on ESPN, with the announcing crew of Sean McDonough, Aaron Boone, and Rick Sutcliffe. It's blacked out in Pittsburgh, where it will be shown on Root Sports at 7 PM.

The lineup: Xavier Paul LF, Garrett Jones RF, Neil Walker 2B, Andrew McCutchen CF, Pedro Alvarez 3B, Lyle Overbay 1B, Ronny Cedeno SS, Mike McKenry C, James McDonaldP.

Pedro's in the lineup, not too surprisingly. Jones is in the two hole; again, not many options for Clint Hurdle.

• Kinda ineteresting - Pedro returns for the Bucs and the Braves get Chipper Jones back from the DL; all is well at the hot corner.
• Joel Sherman of the New York Post tweets that the Bucs have called Tampa Bay to ask about CF'er BJ Upton.
• Troy Renck of the Denver Post writes that the Bucs have interest in Ty Wiggington; he's not sure about Jason Giambi, whose name was tossed in the ring as pure speculation because he's a natural fit for the Pirates in ESPN's Buster Olney's eyes.
