Locke To Miss All-Star Action; Buc Rotation Set After The Break

A couple of last minute pitching notes:

• Jeff Locke will miss Sunday's start and won't pitch in the All-Star Game because of "lower-back tightness." It's thought to be minor, but the Bucs don't want to take any chances. Locke will still be part of the All-Star shake-and-bake in New York, except for taking part in the game. His AS replacement will be announced later, while Gerrit Cole will pick up tomorrow's start. Could be that an All-Star call for Mark Melancon or Francisco Liriano is just down the road... 
• The post All-Star break rotation: Francisco Liriano, AJ Burnett and Jeff Locke go against the Reds with Charlie Morton and Gerrit Cole doing the opening honors against the Nats.
