Pitchers: RHP Joe Musgrove (5-8, 3.80) squares off against LHP Cody Reed (0-1, 3.26). Big Joe didn't fare so well in his last outing, allowing five runs in six innings. He's pitched at least seven innings in five of his last eight starts and has made a career-high 16 starts. The Bucs will keep an eye on J-Grove for fatigue down the stretch, especially after his long layoff with arm problems that delayed his start until late May. He has one pretty poor outing against the Reds, giving up six runs in 4-1/3 IP back in June. Reed will make his third start of the season after working as a reliever for most of the season. Length may be an issue - his last outing was his longest as a Red, lasting 4-2/3 IP and tossing 73 pitches, although he did spend most of the year as a AAA starter. He hasn't worked against Pittsburgh this season, but saw them three times last year, giving up two runs in 6-1/3 innings, with a hit, four walks and four K as his line.
