Lineup: Kevin Newman 2B, Bryan Reynolds RF, Starling Marte CF, Jose Osuna 1B, Melky Cabrera LF, Colin Moran 3B, Jung Ho Kang SS, Jacob Stallings C, Chris Archer P. Slumping J-Bell gets a break, as does Corey D, who has been battling LF in the first two games. JHK gets a start along w/Archies bodyguard, Jake. With a day off tomorrow, we're guessing Clint is trying to get guys a two-day blow, tho we are just off the AS break, giving the lineup a Sunday feel.

Pitchers: RHP Chris Archer (3-6/5.42) closes the set against RHP Daniel Ponce de Leon (1-0/1.99). Archie has gone back to a fastball/slider guy and his last two starts have been promising, so we'll see if that trend continues. This will be Ponce de Leon’s first game against the Pirates this year; he saw them once in 2018 and gave up two runs in five frames. He's got four starts under his belt this season, and he's been very good in all three with 38 K in 31-2/3 IP and 0.82 WHIP. It's the classic old vet v young gunslinger duel.
Notes:
- Steven Brault will begin throwing off a slope over the weekend, and Erik Gonzalez ended up with a minor tweak; he'll strat rehab again tonight. Gregory's rehab has stopped for the time being as he continues to have shoulder pain.
- The Pirates are off tomorrow and home to play the Phils on Friday.
