-- Cesar Valdez, Donnie Veal, Eric Fryer and Tony Sanchez have been reassigned to minor league camp. They're the first cuts of camp.

Bowker is getting a lot of play early on. Looks like Hurdle likes him. Maybe Bowker isn't the sure thing for Triple A he first appeared to be. Interesting.
He may be looking for a lefty bat off the bench, Will. I'm looking at the middle infield cage match; all three guys are doing the right things early on.
