Pitchers: RHP Clay Holmes (1-1, 3.65) spins it against LHP Derek Holland (5-8, 3.88). Holmes, working on his fourth recall, gets the third start of his rookie campaign. His last outing was sharp as he shut out the Brewers over six innings on four hits with six whiffs. This will be his first go-around against San Francisco. Holland spent much of July in the bullpen and the work helped - in his last three starts, he's gone 16-1/3 innings giving up five runs (2.76) on 10 hits with 15 K. He dominated the Bucs in May, tossing 6-1/3 frames of four-hit, shutout ball with seven whiffs.
